At DMG Electronics, we source consumer electronics from a variety of suppliers and liquidation companies and buy from major electronic stores warehouses like Best Buy and Costco. We buy bulk loads of customer returns, store displays, and shelf pulls. All of our products are 100% Authentic name brand consumer electronics. We inspect, clean, and test every product for functionality and authenticity.

In that moment of the process, each product is assigned a specific condition type according to its current state. We identified 3 main types of product conditions: New, Open Box, and Used. The majority of our products are Open Box some are Brand New, and Used. We take actual pictures, we also use stock photos which are mostly for new and Open Box products. Make sure you read each product description on further details on the products condition. On the listing form, you can choose from one of several preset product condition options, which vary depending on the category that you list your item in.  Find out what each product condition means in a particular category by reading our list below ⤵

  • An item that is in overall good condition
  • Open box not sealed 
  • The item may be lightly used but in like new condition 
  • The item may be missing the original packaging 
  • May be missing accessories 
  • May have minor defects due to handling such as small scratches and dents 
  • Some of these items are just like new, while others might have slight wear or cosmetic damage and are discounted accordingly.
  • Open-Box products are often unused returns, or demo models from retail locations that just can’t be sold as “brand new” anymore. Some of the products may have never even been powered on, but have merely been removed from their packaging at some point. As a result, these products are heavily discounted even though you can expect them to function as if they were new.

Shipping Policy 

We ship with United States Postal Service or FedEx to all of the United States. We promise FREE shipping on all orders over $25. Orders may be shipped First Class if it is under 16 Ounces. Orders weighing more than 5 lbs can be shipped by FedEx. Most of the orders, however, are shipped using the USPS Priority Service.

Lost, Damaged or Undeliverable Packages

Damaged During Transport Please be aware that at times item may get damaged during transport. This is uncontrollable on anyone's part. You can let us know and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Lost Packages The postal service loses packages every day.  So, even if they have a 99% rate of accuracy would still mean they lost 1.5 billion packages. That is a lot of lost packages. So, don't be surprised if yours is one of them. In this case, we will work to file a case with the Post Office on your behalf. 

Undeliverable or Wrong Address It is the buyer's responsibility to enter the correct address during the ordering process. We use an automated system and the address is exactly as entered by the buyer. If an order gets returned back to us we may cancel your order in full. If you realize that an address is incorrect you can message us directly to have it changed before shipment. Or if you realize after shipment, then we will try to work to get it to you. There is usually a charge from the Post office for this intercept service.

You can Track your package with the tracking Number provided to you.

Our shipping policy is we ask all our customers to allow 2 business days for all orders to be processed and taken to the local USPS Office, UPS Office, or FedEx Office. Once the ordered has been dropped off at the local Office your package is being shipped from tracking information will be uploaded to your email address with the tracking information. For First Class shipping please allow up to 5 days for the item to arrive at your location after the item has been shipped. For Priority shipping please allow up to 3 days for the item to arrive at your location after the item has been shipped. If there are any issues in the delivery of your purchased item please Contact us to inform us of the issue and we will provide a solution.


Returns & Exchange Policy 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer 30 day returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund.

Items returned are fully refundable as long as the items are returned within 30 days in the condition they were delivered in. Depending on the condition that the item is received. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.

Defective items, Wrong item received, or items shipped in error are examples of returnable Items.

Items returned because of ordered by mistake, I bought a different item, not what I expected, or changed mind ( other reasons like this) are not returnable if they do get accepted to be returned (which in some cases can be accepted with a good explanation ) a restocking fee will be applied to the refund up to 20%.

We will always do our best to work with you on any concerns and to provide exchanges or replacements when requested.

All returns must be shipped within 3 business days after receiving the return shipping label if provided by DMG Electronics. 

Note : You must provide valid proof of your return for us to accept the request.


Once returns are received they will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. When your return processing is complete we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds generally process within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution. 

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.


 In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item. Please email within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.


Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to , we will send you a email of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to to your package

 You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the return reason is due to the return being our fault.  We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if you pay for the return shipping cost (for restocking fee).
