Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Order Changes:

All Sales Are Final!  You may not cancel your order after you complete your payment.  The only way we can cancel do to fraud is if the financial institution contacts us to inform us of the fraud.  Our policies have to be informed due to the constant misuse and abuse of small business in America.  You may not cancel any order for reasons such as I changed my mind, I ordered by mistake, I thought they were Apple, I am no longer interested, I don't have enough money in my account, I didn't mean to purchase after using Affirm or Afterpay or I found a better price etc. You may make changes from your order confirmation page, confirmation email, contact us directly or if you sign into your account. After the 1 hour window or before the 1 hour window we can help you make some changes to your order if it has been processed to awaiting fulfillment. If any order is returned to us after the item has been received by the customer we reserve the right to add a restocking fee up to 50%. Please note that orders process quickly, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order has already been shipped then it cannot be canceled for any reason at that point.

You can submit a return request by logging into your customer account or your recent purchases on our website, find the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link. Note you will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded. Or you Can submit a request by going to our contact us  page. Make sure you provide order details.
