Cancellations and Order Changes:
You may cancel or edit your order on your own within 1 hour of placing the order. You may not cancel any order for reasons such as I changed my mind, I odered by mistake, I thought they were Apple or I found a better price even if it is within the first hour. You may make changes from your order confirmation page, confirmation email, or if you sign into your account. After the 1 hour window and according to the policy above we reserve the right not to cancel your order if it has been processed awaiting fulfillment. If we do cancel any order we reserve the right to add a restocking fee up to 50% depending on the reason of cancelation. Please note that orders process quickly, so be sure to notify us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. If your order has already been shipped then it cannot be canceled for any reason at that point.

You can submit a return request by logging into your customer account or your recent purchases on our website, find the order you wish to return and click the Return Items link. Note you will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded. Or you Can submit a request by going to our contact us page. Make sure you provide order details.
