Return and Warranty Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order we're here to help!  We offer 30 day returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.  You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund.  Not all return request will be accepted please read our return policy carefully. 

Items returned are fully refundable as long as the items are returned within 30 days in the condition they were delivered in which all are products are sold as Brand New.  We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.

Defective items, Wrong item received, or items shipped in error are examples of returnable Items.

Items returned because of ordered by mistake, I damaged my product by mistake, I bought a different item, not what I expected or changed mind ( other reasons like this) are not returnable. If they do get accepted to be returned (which in some cases can be accepted with a good explanation ) a restocking fee will be applied to the refund up to 20%.

We will always do our best to work with you on any concerns and to provide exchanges or replacements when requested.

All returns must be shipped within 3 business days after receiving the return shipping label if provided by DMG Electronics. 

Note : You must provide valid proof of your return for us to accept the request.


Once returns are received they will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. When your return processing is complete we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds generally process within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution. 

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.


In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item. Please email within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

30 Day Warranty 

Here at DMG Electronics we cover all of our products under a 30 Day Warranty for any product that comes with a technical defect.  This will include any product that has an issue that qualifies as a technical defect.  If you receive a product that you believe has a technical defect please contact us immediately so we can cover the product before the 30 day period is up.  Issues with your ios system being bugged is not a technical defect due to the fact these are not Apple products and we do not provide any software for you to download to your phone.  However if the issue is a technical defect we will issue a replacement free of charge at no cost to you.  We advise all our customers to buy an extended warranty offered on our website by XCover because you never know what might happen.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request, we will send you an email of a return shipping label if your return is approved.  Please print it out and affix to to your package.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the return reason is due to the return being our fault.  We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if you pay for the return shipping cost and we provide the label for you (for a restocking fee).  International customers however that return an item due to the reasons listed above for reasons not acceptable returns will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and will not be refunded for any shipping paid on there order.  We cannot be responsible for paying or refunding shipping fees to international customers who want to return items if the items in question were delivered to the customer as the correct items purchased.  Please read listings carefully and make sure to order products that are what you are looking for.  We understand mistakes happen so every situation will be investigated accordingly thank you for purchasing at DMG Electronics.
