Return Warranty and Dispute Policy

If having issues with your order we're here to help!  We offer 30 day replacements within 30 days of receiving your order if an item is found to be defective.  If the item is found not to be defective the Warranty Policy is void for any customer and you will not be able to return the item based on our findings.  If you feel you have a defective product you must reach out to us so we can help.  Not all 30 day replacement request will be accepted please read our warranty policy carefully. 


Items returned by customers without our permission are refundable with a restocking fee applied up to 50% as long as the items are returned within 30 days in Brand New unopened condition.  We reserve the right to issue a partial refund or return the item back to you if the item is not returned in Brand New condition and not issue a refund for the purchase.

  • Wrong item received, or items shipped in error are examples of items which can be sent back to us if we are notified of the issue and approve them to be sent back.
  • Defective items are non returnable and non refundable the customer can only be able to receive a replacement please read the 30 day warranty policy below. 

Items that are requested to be returned for reasons as I assumed they were Apple, ordered by mistake, I damaged my product by mistake, I bought a different item, not what I expected, not fitting properly, sound is horrible, they don't sound like Apple or changed my mind ( other reasons like this) are non returnable.

If a customer returns an item that was returned unopened on there own a restocking fee will be applied to the refund up to 50% and the customer is responsible for the returned shipping cost. 

We will always do our best to work with you on any concerns and to provide exchanges or replacements when that is what is required.

Refunds

If items are received back they will be inspected and processed within 3-5 business days. When the process is complete we will issue your refund back to your original payment method. Refunds generally process within 5-7 business days depending on your bank or financial institution. 

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund, restocking fee or return the item back to you and not issue a refund for the purchase.  If an item is sent back to sender after the order has been placed and shipped out the customer will only qualify to receive a partial refund after applying a restocking fee of 30%.  Also we will deduct the shipping cost we paid from the refund as well.  

30 Day Warranty 

Here at DMG Electronics we cover all of our products under a 30 Day Warranty for any product that comes with a technical defect. This will include any product that has an issue that qualifies as a technical defect. If you receive a product that you believe has a technical defect please contact us immediately so we can cover the product before the 30 day period is up. Issues with your iOS system being bugged is not a technical defect due to the fact these are not Apple products, issues with Spotify, You tube, Apple Play and we do not provide any software for you to download to your phone. However, if the issue is a technical defect we will issue a replacement free of charge at no cost to you.  If the issue is the customer not understanding the technology that the product comes with they will not be given a warranty claim.  We advise all our customers to contact us within the 30 day period or we will not be able to cover your product under warranty.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless the return reason is due to the return being our fault.  International customers however that return an item due to the reasons listed above for reasons not acceptable returns will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and will not be refunded for any shipping paid on there order.  We cannot be responsible for paying or refunding shipping fees to international customers who want to return items if the items in question were delivered to the customer as the correct items purchased.  Please read listings carefully and make sure to order products that are what you're shopping to purchase  We understand mistakes happen so every situation will be investigated accordingly thank you for purchasing at DMG Electronics.

Disputes

If any customer files a dispute after receiving an item from DMG Electronics LLC and does not return the item in question DMG Electronics LLC reserves the legal right to recharge the customers card on file through the ABR methods.  If you file a dispute by committing fraud and win the dispute we still reserve the right to charge your card on file if the item has not been returned to us.  Regardless if your credit card company or bank files a dispute if we can prove in a court of law you ordered the item you received from us we will recharge your card on file using the ABR method.
